Stop 1 · ♦The short version
This policy explains how Bufest Slots (“the app”), published by Mia Dalton (“we”, “us”), handles information. The app is a casual slot-style game. You spin reels, collect symbols and unlock new slot worlds. It is played only for entertainment. There is no real-money gambling and there are no cash payouts.
The app works without an account, a sign-in, or any connection to servers run by us. Your game data stays on your device, and we cannot see it.
Stop 2 · ★What stays on your device
The app saves this information in its local storage on your phone or tablet, so you can continue where you left off:
- Your in-game balance of virtual coins and spin results.
- Your collection of symbols and rewards.
- Which slot worlds you have unlocked, and your progress in each one.
- Simple settings, such as sound and music on or off.
This data is not sent to us. It is not linked to your name, email or any identifier we hold. If your platform makes device backups (for example iCloud or Google device backup), these files may be included under that provider's own terms.
Stop 3 · 7What we never collect
- No names, email addresses or phone numbers in the app.
- No precise or approximate location.
- No contacts, photos, camera or microphone access.
- No advertising identifiers, and no cross-app tracking.
- No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs reporting to us.
- No payment card or bank details. The game is free, and you do not have to pay to progress.
We do not sell, rent or share personal information, because we do not hold any from your gameplay.
Stop 4 · BARApp stores & your platform
You download Bufest Slots from an app store, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. That store processes your download and account information under its own privacy policy. Stores may give developers aggregated, anonymised statistics, such as install counts, crash rates or country-level totals. Where these reports reach us, we use them only to keep the game stable. We cannot use them to identify you.
If the store ever offers optional purchases for this app, the store handles payment. We never receive your card details.
Stop 5 · ♣When you email us
If you write to mia.dalton80@gmail.com, or send a message from the support page that opens your email app, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to answer you. We keep the conversation only as long as needed to resolve your request, and then delete it within 12 months at the latest. We never add you to mailing lists.
Stop 6 · ♥Age & young players
Bufest Slots is a casino-style game for adult players (18+ or the age of majority where you live). It is not directed at children. Because the app collects no personal data, we do not knowingly hold information from anyone under 13 (or 16 where local law applies). If you think a child has emailed us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Stop 7 · ♠Your choices & deletion
- Delete game data: uninstall the app, or clear its data in your device settings. This permanently removes your progress, collection and unlocked worlds.
- Email records: ask us to delete any correspondence, and we will do so promptly.
- Your rights: depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to processing. Because we hold no gameplay data about you, these rights apply mainly to emails you send us.
Stop 8 · ✦Changes & contact
If the app changes in a way that affects your privacy, for example a new feature that needs data, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect. Material changes will also be noted in the app's store listing.
