Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Mia Dalton (“we”, “us”), the publisher of the Bufest Slots mobile app (“the app”). By downloading, installing or using the app, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Who can play

The app is intended for adults, aged 18 or over or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement, and that playing slot-themed games is lawful where you are.

Your licence to use the app

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install the app and use it for private, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the app, or attempt to reverse engineer it, except where the law expressly allows this.

Virtual coins, symbols & worlds

• Virtual coins, symbols, collection items and unlocked worlds exist only inside the app.
• They have no monetary value. You cannot exchange, sell, transfer or redeem them for money, goods or anything of value, inside or outside the app.
• You do not own them. They are part of the licensed game experience, and we may rebalance or change them.
• Progress is stored on your device. If you uninstall the app, clear its data or lose the device, your progress may be lost, and we cannot restore it.

Fair conduct

You agree not to:

• use cheats, exploits, automation or modified versions of the app;
• interfere with or disrupt the app, or try to get around its features;
• use the app for any unlawful purpose, or in connection with real-money betting.

Ownership

The app and all of its content belong to Mia Dalton or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. This includes the name Bufest Slots, the artwork, symbols, slot worlds, sounds, text and code. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

App store terms

You got the app through a third-party store, such as Apple's App Store or Google Play, and that store's terms also apply. If you got the app from Apple, Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Any purchase handled by a store is subject to that store's refund rules.

Updates & availability

We may update, change, add or remove features, worlds or content at any time, and we may stop offering the app. Some updates may be needed to keep playing. We are not obliged to provide support or maintenance, but we will try to help through the support page.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress or virtual items, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the previous 12 months, which for a free app is normally zero. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending these terms & governing law

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Your licence ends automatically if you breach these Terms. The laws of the publisher's place of residence govern these Terms. Mandatory protections of the country where you live as a consumer still apply. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version, and continuing to play means you accept the changes.
